What qualifies as a bulk order?

A bulk order is 200 or more units of any combination of styles, colors, and sizes. If you need to order less than 200 items, let us know and we will be in touch if we are able to make an exception.

Do bulk orders receive a discount?

Yes. Discount levels are based on quantity.

Which styles can I purchase in bulk?

All of the items in our catalog can be purchased in bulk. Subject to availability.

Am I required to order in case packs?

No. We offer open inventory so you can order just what you need.

Do you offer samples?

Yes.

How far in advance should I place my order?

In general, if you are ordering between:

o    June 15 - September 14: Allow up to 3 weeks for blank items and up to 8 weeks for decorated items

o   September 15 - June 14: Allow 2 weeks for blank items and 4-5 weeks for decorated items

Do you offer school logo decoration?

  • Yes. We offer custom embroidery and a variety of heat transfer options. Minimums do apply.

What kind of payment options do you accept?

  • We accept credit cards, checks, and wire/ACH transfers. We also offer invoicing with formal Purchase Orders/Purchase Agreements.

  • Do you charge sales tax on bulk orders?

    • Yes. Sales tax is required on all orders but can be waived with appropriate documentation.
